Selection Factor for Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program
There are a few factors that you must consider before applying for the FSW program of Canada because it will show you if you are eligible to apply or not. Such as;
- Age

- Work experience

#1. Age:
The individual is assessed through his age; for example, if you are below 18 years of age, you will get a zero point, and as the age increases, the points will increase, but after the age of 37, your points will start decreasing. You will achieve extra points if you prove your adaptability to Canada’s norms, culture, and environment of Canada.
