Applications are open for the IFA CrossCulture Programme 2024! The CCP fellowship awards 60 volunteers and professionals from 40 countries to participate in this program. The duration of the fellowship program is 2-3 months; in this time period, applicants will deepen their expertise, establish new contacts, and acquire skills.
During the fellowship program, participants will attend workshops professional, and Networking events that CCP hosts. After completing the fellowship, participants will bring the experience to their home organization. Candidates from multiple countries are eligible to apply for the CCP fellowship 2024.

About CCP Fellowship 2024
The IFA CrossCulture Fellowship is offered to professionals and volunteers to work for 2-3 months in an intercultural environment where they will acquire new skills and connect globally.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant must be at least 23 years old
- At least 2 years of professional or volunteer experience in an organization
- Good English communication skills
- Applicant must be in good health
Fellowship Coverage:
For participants from Abroad
- Round Airfare Ticket

- Health Insurance
- Visa Fees
- A stipend of 650 euros
For Participants from Germany
- Round Trip Airfare
- Health Insurance
- A Monthly Stipend of 1.200 Euros

The application consists of 3 main steps:
