About OBAMA Foundation Scholarship Program 2024
The University of Colombia designs the scholarship program in collaboration with the OBAMA Foundation. Upon completing the program, the scholars will return to their regions and countries and continue their services.

Eligibility Criteria:
The applications are invited by the rising leaders who fulfill the following criteria:
- Leaders who have made meaningful contributions to their fields
- Candidates must have Good English communication skills
- Ability to shape the future of their community
- Have already shown commitment and leadership within a community or country
Proof of English Proficiency
Candidates whose native language is not English must provide the English language scores by submitting one of four exams.

The English Language requirement is waived for the candidates who have completed their undergraduate and master’s degrees from the Country where English is their official language.
