Einstein Fellowships (ER) has announced applications for the Women Leadership Program 2024. The fellowships are awarded to a group of 20-25 dynamic leaders belonging to any professional field to attend a 6-week program in the United States of America.
The leadership program is open to the nationals belonging to the EF Global network. Candidates who don’t belong to the countries where EF is active have to demonstrate that their work has a regional impact and obtain a written nomination from a member of EF Global Network.
During the fellowship program, you will develop leadership skills, foster interdisciplinary professional relationships, and concrete collaboration of impact to better your society. Program Duration
- The duration of the program is 6 weeks in the United States of America and will take place in October and November 2024

Selection Criteria
The selection is based on the track record of the applicant’s leadership, and their commitment to lifelong engagement with EF fellowships to advance their mission to build a world more peaceful and prosperous.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates belonging from the countries where EF is currently active
- Candidates aged between 32-45 years at the time of fellowship are eligible
- A track record of leadership skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Long time commitment with ER mission
- The nationals where ER is not active must demonstrate their work has a regional impact and obtain written nomination from EF network members.

How to Apply for 2024 Women Leadership Program?
The application process to the Women’s Leadership Program 2024 is online, you need to apply via the official portal. All candidates must submit the application form before February 15th, 2024.
The final announcement of the result will be made in June 2024.
