This is a Fully Funded program for international students in the United States of America; candidates who are seeking the Fully Funded summer programs in the USA are encouraged to apply. The HLI is about the peace-making and leadership exchange program for the United States of America. No IELTS/TOEFL is required to use for this summer exchange program.
