Job Responsibilities of Tesla Installer.
If you are recruited in Tesla’s Installer role, you will need to perform the following duties;
- You will support the Crew Lead and Electrician so that they can install Tesla’s solar products successfully.
- You will attend weekly team meetings.
- You will attend mandatory training sessions on best installation practices, new products, and standard quality guidelines.
- You must follow all building codes and standards while installing panels and support structures.
- You will assist with routine maintenance.
- You will have to manage time and tasks.
- You will have to provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
Skills required for Tesla’s Installer Jobs.
- It would be best if you were experienced in roof work, carpentry, or general construction.
- You must be able to handle power tools safely.
- You must be able to handle hand tools and materials such as ladders, panel boards, solar panels, batteries, other electrical equipment, roofing materials, etc.
